Investor in Careers
Investor in Careers is a quality standard for the management of careers education in schools. The award was developed by Cornwall and Devon Careers Service in 1994. The process mirrors the Investors in People award.

Schools achieve the Investor in Careers Award if they satisfactorily

• reach quality standards in four areas related to the management of careers education and guidance
  Commitment
  Organisation
  Delivery
  Evaluation
• build a portfolio of evidence to satisfy the performance indicators for the four areas
