All of our work is driven
by a commitment to excellence and underpinned by a range of explicit policy statements.
We have published
a comprehensive CPD Code of Practice that complements this Charter and is reinforced with
a straightforward Complaints Procedure.

All the services we
offer meet this Code of Practice and we make sure that:
- we act
fairly and reasonably
- we have
secure, straightforward and efficient administration systems in place
- if
things go wrong, we correct them and learn from them
- all our
work meets the relevant legislation, regulations, guidance and Council/LEA policies
including those relating to discrimination, employment, health and safety and data
protection
- we set
performance targets for our work, including course evaluation ratings and response times
- we
actively seek feedback and act on it
